Ohhhhh myyyy gawwsssh, I hope you are ready to have some of the best raw, healthy, vegan choccie mousse.
This recipe is super easy, super healthy and can be spiced up in anyway!
All you need is.....
Ingredients serves two:
- 1 avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon of natrual vanilla essence
- 2 table spoons of cocoa
- OPTIONAL: one tablespoon of sweetener - my personal fave is organic coconut syrup but you could use maple, honey or whatever you would like.
Place all ingredients into a high speed belnder/food processor until a mousse like consistancy is achieved and you are done! Eat up and enjoy!
The perfect healthy desert or even cheeky breakfast... This can also be frozen for as long as you desire.
